WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED AT CRYSTALPETLOVE.COM?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

After your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

If for any reason the design is not what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving order at hello@crystalpetlove.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Full Refund will be given on items returned within 14 days of purchase. Please ship returns with copy of invoice to: CrystalPetLove, Attn: Online Returns 226 E. Ojai Avenue, Ste 101-406 Ojai, CA 93023.

U.S. Customers:
For your convenience, CrystalPetLove purchases that shipped to a U.S. address may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by check must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers can send the item back to us at the address below using any trackable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Your name and billing address
  • The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
  • The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
  • The item number of the merchandise, if available

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Economy orders will be shipped by USPS First Class. Standard, expedited, overnight and Saturday orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS. An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.

Shipping charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses. Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders.

Please allow 5-7 for standard domestic delivery.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same address or to different addresses), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment, including prorated shipping charges.

SHIPPING TO CANADA AND OTHER DESTINATIONS

We’re excited to offer flat-rate shipping to our international destinations via DHL Express. Pricing will be provided at checkout.

Please note that delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.
